Shipping policy

International orders are shipped by FedEx, DHL or TNT. All orders are traceable, using the tracking number that we will send you once the parcel is send out. We always dispatch an order on 1-3 days base (business days only) from our Warehouse in Hong Kong, Thailand, or New Zealand, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. Package delivery usually takes place between 3 to 10 business days depending on what type of shipping. Kindly note that your package cannot be delivered without a recipient’s signature.

Our shipping fee is not included tax duty on destination country. Customer will responsible to any fee that relate to tax duty.
